Sore

So I actually started my weights program today. Boy, am I sore !!!  I was supposed to do a pyramid with increasing weights, but I have to confess that for some exercises I could barely raise the machine bars, and couldn't even add weights as I was supposed to. :(   Plus I looked really silly in the gym because when I exert effort, my eyes cross involuntarily. 
 
I know there are less stressful programs but I really can't stand staying at the gym for more than an hour.  My program, if followed to the letter, should have me in and out in 46 minutes max. 
 
Ariel, the weight instructor kept kidding me about having a weightlifter's body.  Not good.  :( I don't want to be bulky, I want to be defined.  Gotta work at it in earnest.
 
Tomorrow I'm going to do the cardio part. Go Baby Go Go!
