R.I.P. Phone
I finally retired my trusty 6210 Nokia mobile phone. I've had the 6210 for 4 years and it worked perfectly for me. Large fonts, huge address book, sturdy body, large keypad.
It's fallen into water during a flood, been kept in the fridge overnight when I accidentaly left it in the takeout bag, been dropped from the window of a moving car - and still kept on going (bandagedwith packing tape to keep the battery attached to the phone).
But I guess even my phone had to croak after all the abuse it has taken. Even the repair guy told me it was time to get a new phone.
So now it is stored in a box under my desk and I am struggling to learn how to operate my new phone - A Sony Ericsson T610. It was a bit difficult to decide whether to go for the T610 or its souped-up version - the T630. But looks won me over as I find the T610 more attractive.
To my 6210, rest in peace. I have a feeling I will miss you badly.
