My work = my baby

I put a lot of sweat and tears (blood nalang kulang) into our company and although the work pace is wiiilllld, we've grown very well in the last year. We actually broke even in a year, and got a couple interesting and "name" projects. Not bad at all.

We've got a really casual work environment, and more often than not I am in shorts and a shirt, or gym clothes when I am in the office (we have suits and similar clothing hanging here for meetings). We've got pets. We eat well, because thats the least we can do when we're bugbog sarado with OT. I don't believe in counting pennies when it comes to our employees comfort. We dont count hours, only tasks. There's no "ma'am / sir" in this part of town.

The work is hard, for sure. But we're good, and dedicated, and most importantly - we love our work.
